Bob Fraulo is the new owner of Allegra Print & Imaging at 1060 Chapel Street in New Haven. Fraulo purchased the 19-year-old business from Pat and Steve Kasko, who founded the business as Sir Speedy Printing. The sale, terms of which were not disclosed, closed October 30.
